Who else likes Tulane + 29.5. UT-Rice was 32 at Reliant-similar to a home game for UT. Tulane and Rice are not comparable. Tulane has a future first-rounder at QB running the show.

I'm looking for a good line in the 2nd half of this game. Tulane is a big 2nd half team while Texas is not. Keep in mind however, Texas' scoring for the 2nd half is lower due to the fact that they have blown out teams in the 1st half. Still, the Tulane 2nd half bet might be something to look at.

personally i do think tulane +29.5 is a decent play, but let me warn you...tulane has not scored a single point in their last three meetings against texas. last year tulane lost 49-0 at the superdome. however, with that said, tulane's offense is better this year than it was last year, therefore we should be able to put up roughly 28 points. the problem could come when tulane is on defense. having graduated nearly our entire defense, we may not be able to stop texas from scoring. don't forget that ARMY put up 33 against tulane last weekend. look for texas to put up close to 50. i see this game as 49-28. i think the game goes way over 64, but tulane should cover. good luck to all.

Texas and the under are the plays. Also Tulane team total under 17.5 at Olympic. Should be 41-7 or 48-7 or so. UT's pass defense is exceptional, so the only wuestion is whether UT can get to 37. I think they can.

Vasher is great as a return man and very good as a corner. But, how can you say their pass defense is exceptional, especially at this point. There is nothing exceptional about Huff, Griffin, and Pearson. I don't care what numbers they put up against juco-teams Rice and New-Mex St. Derrick Johnson is great in pass coverage but Boyd and Robison are not. Only 7 pts for Tulane- No way.

Well, it's not just me. Phil Steele has ranked UT's pass D the best in the country for 3 straight years.
